Job Description
Responsible for the day-to-day general administration of the company, assisting the
Chief Executive and supporting the staff team.


Main Responsibilities

  • Provide accounting and administrative support to the company
  • Administer the petty cash system and ensure appropriate record keeping.
  • Prepare contracts for suppliers as advised.
  • Assist in matters relating to marketing and publicity for the Company
  • Maintain close links and inform the Chief Executive of all issues likely to affect the company operation.
  • Work alongside other staff to contribute to the development of the company Operation.


Qualification and Requirements

  • At least first degree in Accounting or related course.
  • Proficient knowledge in any accounting software and Microsoft excel.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, time management and interpersonal skills.
  • At least 1 -5 years working experience.
