Education and Relevant Experience
? Minimum of OND in any related field of study.
? Minimum of 3years work experience

Responsibilities
? Manage repairs and maintenance of building/equipments and Machines
? Ensure proper co-ordination of front office staff.
? Proper recording and tracking of actions.
? Manage visitors in the front office and the prompt supply of office stationary.
? Provision of uniforms and accessories for drivers and service staff
? Ensure effective functioning of the canteen facilities, clean and hygienic environment.
? Ability to supervise canteen operations
? Ensure proper planning of all meeting/training orientation programs.
? Provision of all necessary materials required for logistics.
? Ensure corporate registration and document renewal.
? Ensure prompt travelling arrangement
