Bro it depend the way you look at this. I got a job at Zenith Benin for a first entry is 85k alot of work, work and work no much time for yourself. Yes as you grow the pay increase but the zeal might fade cos you work so hard and yet no time to relax becos you are new to teh system and much work and less hardworking task are giving to you. if you get It section you can have time for self small but other you got to be at your post no option.

But NNPC it oil and you know they got good incentive, you might bein Zenith and not travel for workshop expect within Naija but NNPc you have the opportunity to travel outside, i Have a friend Esele in NNPC in lagos just 2 month she went for training in south Africa, has time for herself and lot of other things. The job is secured cos in five year your incentive is enough to com, penate your work and the pay is good too.

As for Guinness i really do not know anything about it but i guess teh incentive would be good if you got teh real stuff not lower stake employment.

The fact i have come to realise is that it is you that justified what you want. Fist tell, anyone that you are in Zenith the say WOW, true but you got so much effort and time to invest, trust me i knwo what am saying.

bro, just but it in pray for me......"in your best interest" Zenith is the place sha.. learning, team work, their color and teh aspect of seeing task that you like..

My Guy, don't even give it a second thought; NNPC is far better amongst the choices you gave.

I did my IT and Youth Service with one of thier SBUs in Benin.

You have enough time for yourself, No work pressure, A lot of Incentives, free lunch everyday, Good Pay. And it continues......

    Go for it QUICK!

    Goodluck!
