Should I dump him or stay put?

House pls ur contribution will be really helpful.
God a friend here in lag. her fiance is very nice, he does almost everything for her. She is a graduate but he is not (he is still in the univesity). this guy runs a call centre and he is also looking for a job. but this lady still sticks to him despite all the insults she gets from her friends.
some days ago , they had a quarrel bcos of the way the guys bones his face which the lady doesn't like, the lady then said that she had seen the way guys take care of their fiances and the guy flared up and said the girl must have experienced it that she has started jumping around.
this got my friend angry and she is contemplating to leave the guy. this is a relationship that has been on for 11yrs now.
pls wat advise can u give to her, cos i myself am confused. dont know wat to tell her.

This story is not really clear
Are they fighting cos of the facial expression of the guy? or cos the guy does not treat the lady well?. These are two different matter

Anyway, its not enough to break an 11 year relationship. Its like a life time. I think one of the partner wants out and is just looking for an excuse or the story is incomplete.

Dont dump each other, stay cos the ........... you know is better than the one you dont. SURULERE (patience is very profitable, and so far its true in all things)

hey girl, its good u came out 2 seek for opinion.11yrs is such along time.long coutship is very bad.plsssssssssssss tell her 2 end the relationship n start allover.the signs are there, dat he doesnt want u again.that face frowning is jst an indication that he cannot pretend inside anymore and now its showing on the outside little by little.honestly its not worth hanging on u.u can part as friends but let it end there.dont allow urself 2 be used any time he feel like exercising his manhood.u are worth a lot more than u think.there are better guys out der.dont sell urself short 4 him.its nt that am talkn from experience or beef guys, thats just how it is.embrace christ ,pray and he will will guide better.try 2 make urself happy n mix with good friends.i know it will be painful but believe me u will get over it sooner than u expect n u will be glad u did.God bess u girl

my wish is that job seekers benefit from using this site, finding the right jobs and progress with their careers.

The website has been designed to allow candidates find jobs fast and with an enhanced usability to make the job applications process easier and quiker.

Candidates and job seekers searching for jobs can easily apply online via the CV upload forms provided at the end of the job details. While jobs are posted on this website, we do not have access to your CVs. They go directly to the companies advertising.

Since this site a lot visitors per day and so many people are constantly looking for and applying for jobs, most major companies does receive a large number of CV applications and it reduces the chances for job seekers to even be contacted for an interview.

In order to get an interview and find a job quick, we have provided some relevant suggestions and advice.

    CV Advice for Job Seekers

A very useful aspect of your application is your CV. If companies receive applications, the first screening criterion is how your CV looks.

Someone with a lower University grade, but a professionally written CV and cover letter will have a higher chance than an applicant with a bad CV or application emails will so many spelling errors.

The design or layout of CVs doesn’t really matter, provided that all words or letters are properly presented with no spelling mistakes.

The most important features of a good CV are:

Smart, simple and well presented format within 2-3 Pages. Complex or very detailed CVs can be confusing and takes time to read.
Suitable fonts like Arial, Verdana, Tahoma or Trebuchet MS. It is better to use just one of these fonts as they are very easy to read and look professional.
Use Title Case and not excessive CAPITAL LETTER. Capital Letters in a CV can be irritating to an Employer. Make use of relevant case throughout.
Showcase your Experience before Education. Employers are more interested in what you have done to relate to what you can do.
Use the following Titles: Profile, Experience, Education, Training, Etc. This is not a rule, but when you spend one page on Education, it does waste people’s time. They want to see how relevant you are to the job – since Experience counts.
Don’t use bright colours. If possible, stick to Black. You don’t have to design the CV in order to impress. What you need is a smart way to sell yourself.
Save CV as your actual name. Example Bola Okafor and not ‘my CV’. Imagine that many people send CVs and a good way to be unique is using your name.
Write a brief email / cover letter that state your skills for the job and what you can bring in (not your education or your local government).
