May I add that if you are asked your weakness, you can tell them that you are not one to contribute more that is to say you are not a keen talker but a deep-thinker, an achiever as it has been proved that people who tend to talk much achieve smaller than they earlier advertised while silent people achieve more. If one is told you are better than this job, You'll reply' since I'm well-qualified for this job, the employer will get a fast return on his investment as a growing and renowned company such as this can never tire of having too much talents.

it means, those things that give you set backs in your endeavours, a job, etc. You need to be precise and honest about that. But try not to expose yourself so much on the weaknesses ok. I think it works that way

I am impressed with all the entries and I hope Yinka will try to compile some of his stuff and packaged them as an e-book title "HOW TO DEAL WITH PERSONAL QUESTIONS DURING INTERVIEW". My sincere contribution is that sleep well a day to interview and arrived venue on time, these two simple advice will put you at an advantage of being yourself throughout the interview period.
