hi house,
my attention has been drawn to the worrisome development in 9ja's recruitment process.
its no news dat all recruiting agencies n organisations require in most cases a minimum of 2.2 or in some xtreme cases 2.1. my candid question is, wat happens to those of our bros n sis, who, 4 one reason or the other couldn't graduate wit a minimum of 2.2?
could som1 tell me if these ones r doomed, that is , r they unemployable?
i personally think dat this is unfair n is so much contrary to the equal opportunity preached by so many recruiting organisations. the earlier we address this sad development the better 4 our dear country!

Its sad that some of our bros and sis finished wit 3rd class or pass. The fact is they have 3rd class, but the truth is something can still be done. They can go for a PGD program to enhance thier chances of employment. Its good to always be on the bright side of life. Moreso, there are contract jobs around, even in banks where they accept 3rd class. I have a friend who finished wit 3rd class but he's presently working wit one of the Big banks in Nigeria. Though he a temporary staff. At least that is better than nothing.
so bro and sis in this situation, do not lose hope. But always remember to be the best where ever u find yourself, make sure u do better in all your other endeavours so as to prove urself. GGGGGOOOOOOODDDDD Luck.
