Copy your Examination Number online for subsequent uses

Write your NAMES (surname first) in the teller exactly as they should appear on your CERTIFICATE in CAPITAL LETTERS (no abbreviation) please

Pay the sum of N9000 (Nine Thousand Naira Only) into NIM Account number:2432050011211 with the First Bank of Nigeria Plc.

Use your TELLER to fill your information on the FORM online

Teller payment must be in candidate's name

Deadlines for online registration:
Deadline for November 19th induction in Abuja is November 12th, 2008
Venue: Women Development Center, Central District, Abuja

Deadline for December 10th induction in Lagos is December 3rd, 2008
Venue: UNILAG Multipurpose Hall, Akoka, Lagos

Use CAPITAL LETTERS while filling the FORM ONLINE

Date of Payment and Date of Birth MUST follow the pattern
yyyy-mm-dd e.g. 2008-01-24
In work experience section of the FORM, if nothing is applicale just type NONE into the boxes
Bring your TELLER to the induction venue, NOT cash

No registration will be done on the day of any induction programme, you are expected to register online on or before the stipulated deadlines

Remember, DO NOT leave any BOX (on the form) EMPTY
