    HELP FIX THE PROBLEM

    1. My computer will not start booting immediately after shut down. It will take between 15-20 minutes before booting.
    2. Secondly am trying to install Mavis Beacon teaches typing. after abot 20% completion it stops and report severe error. What should i do to fix these problem? LERE
