The Site is CASE sensitive....
So if you used a word like: Bigkolo but typed as bigkolo, the site will not accept it. So confirm' as long as you are sure you completed the registration.

i have been trying to open it. has anyone been able to upload any document since monday? pls, i need help. my Godfather said I have to fill the form online b4 he can do anything about my case. time is going. i av been at the cafe since monday. it is not opening.

@nedu, pls throw more light. Didn't get what u said clear.

Passwords are case sensitive (meanig you have to use the right cas e.g. Capital or small letter.

@nedu, dat's nt d case. am very sure of d password dat i used.

its all about perserverance. it happens to all, however, the way i solved mine i tried to go to the website between 3am-4am it opens freely

keep trying bro. we'll all get there. the site is experiencing much traffic.u may try it much later at night, from 11pm if possible for u. all u need to log in are your e-mail address and the password u used the first time. your confirmation code is not your password, hope u know that. u may use mozilla firefox if internet explorer is misbehaving. i wish u success.
