B.Sc and HND Which is more Valued?

House, this is not a debate; it's a sincere question I would like you to contribute and enlighten us on! B.Sc holders are somehow to me valued than Hnd holders in our labour market, but looking at performance and thoroughness in handling jobs, passing of professional exams like ICAN, Hnd students/graduates, perform better than B.Sc graduates, As a matterof fact, ECOBANK recruits more of Hnd holders than B.Sc, I don't know if its a Cost Minimization strategy, but whichever way, I notice Hnd holders are being stigmatized, for e.g. thaycan't do masters direct, they have to go through PG, their promotion is not rapid like those of B.Sc holders especially in the banking sector. WHAT DO YOU THINK OR WHAT HAVEU EXPERIENCED, OR WHAT'S YOUR OPINION CONCERNING THIS. It would be highly appreciated. Take charge and God bless you as you share with this honorable house!!
