open the pix with microsoft office picture manager on your laptop..----->select edit pics------>then you have the croping, compressing and resize tools at you own discretion

babagodnoni, thanks bro for your response but if i use resize, it will give me the size (i.e lenght and width ) but the weight will be more than 15kb and if i use compress to e-mail, the wieght will be will be less than 15kb which is ok but the lenght and width will reduce to 160 x 160 respective automatically which is below 275 x 314 specification. Please, what do i do?
