A respectable firm in Lagos is seeking a qualified individual to fill the position of The Quality Assurance Manager. The Quality Assurance Manager is pesponsible for helping the business remain productive and profitable by implementing and monitoring programs that ensure continuous quality.


Main Activities and Responsibilities
• &nbspetermining and agreeing In-house quality procedures, standards and or specifications.
• Assessing customer quality requirements and ensuring these are met.
• Specifying quality requirements with suppliers
• Setting standards for quality, health and safety
• Working with operational staff to establish procedures, standards, systems etc.
• Self-motivated to learn and adopt new technologies and impart knowledge to others.
• Monitor performance
• Proactive analytical skills with attention to details and process improvements
• Train staff
• Acting as a catalyst for change and improvement in performance / quality
• Co-ordinate with client and its representatives
• Prepare high level risk assessment reports
• Effective oral and written communication skills, particularly for technical presentations. Writing management / technical reports.
• Ability to demonstrate effective decision making skills
• Ability to demonstrate leadership and good organizational skills
• Ability to exhibit effective problem solving skills and at the same time work well under pressure
• Excellent team player and ability to perform very well in a cross-functional work environment
Required Education and Experience:

• Candidate should be a graduate of Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 10yrs experience
