Our client, in the travels industry seeks to employ suitably qualified candidate for the post of Quality Assurance Manager

Duties/Responsibilities

1) Conduct Trainings,
2) Drive Quality Initiatives.
3) Follow and implement contractual obligations
4) Maintain SLA’s.
5) On time reporting to Head Office
6) Maintain and Improve upon VOC and VOM.
7) Apply process enhancement tools from time to time.
Advise on process improvements and improvisation.
9) Conduct operational and process audits.
10) Develop POA on failures and ensure better process steps.
11) Cost saving projects to be undertaken.
12) Maintain Databases and develop the training needs from them.
13) Hold quality councils.
14) Devise proper work force management.
15) Ensuring increasing productivity.

Person Specs:

Good at Analytical skills.
Good at MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
Training skills.
Strong Interpersonal skills.
Strong with PR with B/DHC.
Strong communication skills.
Good Oratory/Written communication in English.
Should understand concepts of TQM, Knowledge of Six Sigma (preferable not mandatory).
Should be Data Centric.

Qualification/Experience:

B.sc (Social, physical and Sciences)
4-5 years in experience
