Hello House, from the information i gathered, PTDF terminates the contract given to a foreign consultant due to the amount being paid to the consultant which is roughly #300m. The reason they gave was that "Terminating the contract will give room for more applicant to benefit from it." Now, a friend told me that "A lady confirmed that she has already been given the OSS for 2010/2011 Award." I disagreed with him because PTDF exams is based on merit and not "Academic Nepotism." But, i later paused and pondered like this "Could that be the reason for the termination of the contract?". House, look into this.
