I need those that have information or had benefitted from the PTDF to help me answer this question.
I have a Masters degree and I intend to apply for PhD scholarship under PTDF and I dont have an admission letter from any school yet. Please what should I do? Should I go ahead and apply.

was there any such thing as reference form in the application process? do you have to print the form and submit to a state scholarship board? or is everything strictly online.

I WAS AT SSB IN ABAKALIKI AND IT WAS PASTED ON THE NOTICE BOARD THAT AFTER SUBMITTING YOUR FORM ONLINE YOU SHOULD ENDEAVOUR TO SUBMIT HARD COPIES OF YOUR DOCUMENT TO THE BOARD BEFORE 4TH OF JANUARY ALONG WITH YOUR OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT WITH A REFERENCE FROM TWO ACADEMIA.
