I've called most branches of 1st bank today and learnt that the scratch card will be at their Head office in every city and States. All the best to all aspiring Candidates as we take this bold step---Preparation is very very necessary.

u are correct. I went to first bank in Bayelsa, only for to be told that they are yet to receive the scratched card. but i was told to return tmrw being thursday
