@ all i think the best way to compress your file is to do it in Adobe acrobat. I compressed a file of about 250KB to just 122KB. if you have any problem concerning the application dont forget to contact [email protected]. Again the earlier you fill the application the better because in a more organized society you can feel secure of 6wks of itch free application but in Naija ( or anything that resemble naijaish) 6wks might means 3wks itch free application, 3 weeks problematic application.

open each of the document with picture manager, compress, then save, the compressed copy and convert to pdf, you cant carry any change to a file in pdf.

@danielabuo. The words used before the tests describe them. Aptitude tests is all about how apt u r in figuring things out. Knowledge test is abt how much u know abt a subject. The best test is a mixture of d two, that is a test on how apt u are in ur subject. But it takes real professionals to set these kind of tests. Not even Phillips consulting have been able to really do this.

I have just completed the second stage(CV/CREDENTIAL UPLOADS) of the application, but I have not received any notification thereafter......hope am safe?

Pls how were u able to upload you professional certificates like CIPM,ICAN,etc?
I chose 'others' and when uploading it,was rejected and asked to give it a title.
How can I do that?
