congratulations to all of u dat were invited. its not a scam cos i was invited last year, unfortunately i wasn't shortlisted. from what we gathered then, they randomly select from their database of those who have submitted cv's within the last year. its a farily transparent process as u get ur results there and know if ur moving on to d next (technical) stage. the test format is shl and so u need to focus on speed & accuracy.... all d best
