@iceland, Seems very so, although am not 100% sure, as earlier said by honourable members of this forum everything has been concluded wt is left now is funding, if the funding didnt enter this last quarter's Budget (which from every indications it might not) then d next option is begining Next year. I think d initial July date ws shifted bcose of diversion of funds during Election, spreading throughout to dis time. What Ever b d case wn their is life the day shall actualy come.

Guys not so encouraging that guys who have confirmed their names may have decided to abandon this wonderful house at dis point, but its definitely not only their names that is on the list.
