if you would recall my ealier post in the nnpc thread, in which i tried to explain the constraints facing the dpr exercise.
bayo ohu, then director, acted at variance to the hmpr directive to conduct recruitment, because she had pib plans.
bayo however treated the matter badly, when he went ahead with it. madam scored a point by ensuring he was redeployed to nnpc, from there retired.
he had always claimed he was a presidency staff, not nnpc.
the good thing is that the process was appropriated for, constitutionally. and the new director sustained it.
we need now to create awreness that there is a group of people waiting to be employed before this unbungling process.
that awareness must be very humble and politely addressed to madam minister, as the dpr no longer exist.
an educvated womans ego is at stake here, and they fight really dirty.
as ive always said, i will be part of any respectable fact finding process............which i think should commence immediately
