I think samtex has a point, but in terms of percentage influence to percentage merit, it's lyk 35:65 for major oil coy and 90:10 for govt establishments and one man biz.... JPP, i think the Job will be better than the ongoing test. gettin a job is a process, not just the test alone.

pple don answer all test questions b4 yet unsuccessful, some passed test but not employed.

U can rather wish me luck and God' favour ........

@toluluck the test in PH its ok. We are all waiting for God's favour couple with our performance.
@oil prince. i agree with u, somone i know working with shell now, who pass through this process, said he only did well in Numerical and Verbal. The spartial was difficult for him cos he didnt understand the questions. he tried like 10, yet he was invited for the second stage and later got the job. so God's favour its inclusive.

well i wrote mine yesterday. it was the same thing base on the info i got from the Lagos guys like @ufuoma.
@Ufuoma and others, thanks to u guys, i think ur info boost our confidence.
we did the numerical first. 21 ques in 22mins. purely SHL. The second was Spartial the baba.normal 40 ques for 15mins. Honestly u require speed here and accuracy. Lastly was the verbal. 32ques in 18mins.
For those yet to write i wish u success.
In all we thank God for his wisdom and knowledge given to us in this critical last days.
