Front Desk/Admin Executive

We are an organization that is into business management and human resources development in Lagos,Nigeria and require a decent well-spoken person at our front desk. The person will also serve as secretary to the Directors

Responsibilities:

  • He / She is in charge of the front desk/reception
  • Answer internal phone calls and act on information accordingly
  • Develop and manage good relationship with the customers and visitors
  • Receives mails, dispatch mails, and keep records of all incoming correspondence
  • Handling general enquires and customers’ complaints and address them if possible
  • Direct customer and visitors appropriately and not shabbily
  • Data management activities


Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Minimum ND in a relevant discipline
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience as a front desk officer is an added advantage
