Documents are uploading as at this time. Please ensure to upload them one after the other. If you try to upload them all at once then you'll keep getting the error message. I just successfully uploaded mine.

RE: The response that followed after uploading them individually was "File(s) uploaded successfully ". However after doing so one after the other I clicked next and it still did not go to the next stage of the application which indicates that the docs where not uploaded. Something is definitely wrong. Although a friend successfully uploaded His after much trial yesterday. Let's keep trying.............

Same situation here! Wonder what's wrong with it. I've complained to them severally but they're yet to fix it. Quite unlike the passport issue, I complained and it took them no time to fix

@Tictoc... I also tried to upload it one after d other, bt I could nt move to the next step (I.e. Step 9), in addition I did not even see the whole file I uploaded, it was only d last document i uploaded that was shown as file(s) successfully uploaded. Will advise u check again, I suppose we r to see all the files successfully uploaded.

@Kem08, I had similar challenge and 7 of my documents were uploaded. I tried to upload the last document but to no avail. My document size is still less than 3MB in total. I have not seen the link again. Because for the first few days of filling the form, the link to upload the documents was not active. As I write now it is still not active.What I will suggest is that we will keep looking at the site until the link is active again.

You can go on to the next step (9 of 16) of the application now. Check!!! Documents where successfully uploaded, all at once. The page that popped up when you click "upload" looks different from the former one. Guess they have acted on the problem. Good luck guys.
