lol!, that's true. but I still think there's a link between this delay and the petroleum industry bill that is currently being stalled in the national assembly. even Mobil, Agip scholarship should have been out by now. make these law makers use their head na!

for those of us that are wondering why the test invite has been delayed, I guess I have a clue: Dr. Oluwole Oluleye has just been appointed as executive secretary of PTDF. In otherwords, the position has been vacant. So guys, be ready for the invites
