Re: 2012 ExxonMobil Engineering Recruitment (Trainee and Experienced Professionals)
Looking at it, dragnet mgt might not b aware of this. I feel sending some of those materials if not all to dragnet might force them to do something abt it coz dey will b on d verge of losing some of their clients. Sending to both Mobil and dragnet could be better. I'm not sure dey (dragnet) will b pleased as well if dey see d materials...so d change of questns. It's so disheartening after studying thru d nites.
Did mine on Saturday...come see guys. Naija na wa ooo...company conduct test, na wahala, dragnet, na problem , workforce, same thing. It's unfortunate!
Ginger Swagg, I sent u a PM of email address and fone numbers u can contact.
One love...

Can someone please send the material to [email protected]. I tell you one thing, naija exams questions have been leaking since the 15th century and nothing has been done about it. So send me a copy cos it might come in handy in the future. I have checked and the one posted here has been removed.
Thanks for your kind consideration and brotherliness.

Things are beginning to take shape.
See bad market for the 'Almighty' dragnet.
At a time I was beginning to think that I was dull o.
Dragnet just make me get low self esteem lol.

Re: 2012 ExxonMobil Engineering Recruitment (Trainee and Experienced Professionals)
I think we need to send more of those materials (those that have them) to Mobil...as in from more sources to the same Exxon adres, in order to populate it. By this dey wil b more convinced by d widespread of d materials.
-
Re: 2012 ExxonMobil Engineering Recruitment (Trainee and Experienced Professionals)
fingers crossed, and the only good end to all these is if they(Exxon) cancel and re-call for test may be, in-house shl conducted like they did in 2009, cos should they want to pernalise those who had high normalised scores and invite only those in the middle of the distribution, even the innocent will be affected
dunno abt others, it may not go down well with everybody, I am not exxon (I wish I am oh! loool) so I cannot decide for them, but in all fairness, cancel and recall for in-house shl conducted tests is very logical
...smh, but again even shell that conducts in-house was also not immune to this high level infiltration by sleeper agents, God help us

Re: 2012 ExxonMobil Engineering Recruitment (Trainee and Experienced Professionals)
After taking my time to read through, all I can say is that I'm flabbergasted. Though I never had time to prepare for this dragnet test cos of my job but I relied on previous knowledge and experiences of writing dragnet test. I did my best on monday even though I was in a haste to rush to run to the office that morning, only to hear these disheartening news. It means my efforts and attempt to write d test are twarted cos I'm not too sure if I would have the opportunity to attend another if I'm invited. Anyway, God knows best.

People getting up to 98% isnt so real, and will hardly happen. And I wonder why you guys are always bothered about these tests. I daresay that the GSE is a bit easier than the shl (ask guys that did Shell's test how the numerical reasoning was like)! It is very possible to pass Dragnet's test without cheating, and even without using calculators.

Re: 2012 ExxonMobil Engineering Recruitment (Trainee and Experienced Professionals)
First of all I want to know why the admin removed the questions posted by the guy who took the pains to upload them?If the cheats are available let everyone have it and lets all score 98/99% and lets see what the bloody Dragnet will do. I think it is selfish and stupid what the admin did.
Secondly, I wonder what the blabbering is all about reporting Mobil HR on the issue and all that, is it not in this same forum people ask questions like,"please I am going for one test or one interview, what are their questions like?" are these not cheat codes or expo people are asking for? just becos others beat you to it,you are crying foul,if one of u had the cheat would dat person spread it or hide it,lets be sincere.
I'm from the Niger-Delta area and yet these oil companies don't give us a fair chance to show our capability, they always use the might of the HR to supress us.The HR of these oil companies are mostly populated with Yorubas, the tribalism they play has anyone complained about that in the first place,is dragnet not owned by Yorus to propel their candidates?
Just becos the westerners embraced education first doesn't mean others shouldn't get a fair chance to compete. All oil companies apart from Total are Lagos based,Sahara,OandO,Panocean etc, these local oil companies do not even give a Niger-delta man a fair chance,Becos we are not the armed restive youths of MEND we don't have a say in our oil. NNPC is fully hijacked by Yorus/Hausas,I dare not apply for a job there bcos there is no hope.
Go to these oil companies our people have no say, when it comes to employment, where u find our people is either at the front desk as receptionist or security guards,or cleaners or caterers. when it was turn to drop workers recently in Panocean, 70% of the people dropped where from Niger-Delta not one Yorus was dropped, speaking of fairness, is dat justified? I boast to say everyone learns on the job,so they shouldn't make it seem like yoruba people are special and super intelligent. I wish I have a blog or thread strictly for Niger Delta graduates seeking oil and gas jobs, let's tackle idiots like Uduaghan and GEJ on the employment of our people. I like what they are doing in Total, both in Akwa-Ibom and Port-Harcourt,recruitment strictly for indigenes.
When BAT did their scholarship test, wasn't it strictly for indigenes of their operational state,Ibadan, Oyo?Whenever Shell or Mobil etc wants to do theirs, its for the whole nation. I choose to pause here joor, employment in Nigeria is not fair, are people with 3rd class n pass not working in Schlumberger and Chevron, I personally know people that are there. Chevron Nigeria as known in USA Chevron is Chevron-Escravos-Nigeria, but today they don't know that it is Chevron-Lagos-Nigeria. Where is the training school? Ogere in the west, can someone explain why? I pray for Nigeria's disintegration, by then we will fix all these anomalies.

When they go for SHL exams and meet 3 or 4 passages that they have plus some other numerical questions, they'll come back and smile that they wrote well. Now, all and sundry are crying mainly because they didn't get it before the exam. A pity! I am sure the persons who got this were in quest for Dragnet materials but the real thing came in for them when they have finished writing their test.
Trust me, that exam will NOT be cancelled. The highest thing that can be done (still most unlikely) is to call those who scored over 85% for a re-test. Don't even think that Mobil trusts Dragnet so much, and that's why they will still give you their shl when you come for skills test. I thank God that if not for the verbal, Dragnet test is the cheapest of tests.

Re: 2012 ExxonMobil Engineering Recruitment (Trainee and Experienced Professionals)
Its a shame this is the reason they say nigerian graduates are unemployable. Cheats and crooks. U cheat to pass JAMB, cheat ur way to 2.2, 2.1 and first class, cheat ur way to everything. See how everybody is putting emails on a forum begging for questions, when dey r practice questions online simply cos u hv formed a habit of expo and cheating. I pity employers really cos u will carry dis cheat mentality and ruin the whole process in a company. At minimum of 3000 naira per person you can imagine what this recruitment will cost exxonmobil only for dem to recruit fraudsters. Its not dragnet's nor mobil's fault, its ur fault, perpetual low confidence cheats who should not have a degree. I'm so disgusted with this and all this pls send material to dis email and dat email. Begging for expo not even discussin d techniques of tackling the problems. And des r d ppl we call leaders of 2moro.

Re: 2012 ExxonMobil Engineering Recruitment (Trainee and Experienced Professionals)
In all sincerity, we all have some form of practise questions or are looking for one either SHL, GMAT.
However, d problem is that dragnet practise questns esp d verbal and abstract reasoning formats are unavailable anywhere.
I think dragnet is the cause of this whole buhaha.... if they had had a practise site similar to SHL where you practise and get your scores, without disclosing the answers (like SHL does), people woudn't have been this desperate/wicked to carry out this act thereby tarnishing their reputation.
I hereby subscribe to the fact that they have several bank of practice and test questions, provide security in their halls and be strict in their invigilation. This will reduce this anomaly/cheating to the bearest minimum.
@Gingerswag, plz upload the materials in bits so all asundry have to practice as this will everyone on the same platform.

Re: 2012 ExxonMobil Engineering Recruitment (Trainee and Experienced Professionals)
hmmmmm ....... I dont always regret my actions, bt sometimes coming back from d UK after my Masters, nd experiencing all these ill conducted recruitment processes keeps me wondering .......... All d same home is home, nd whatever job I secure here will be professional, quite unlike the menial self degrading jobs in d UK. As for dragnet, I have written 3 of there test since I came back. So far so good (got invited for interview after d first test). I will send my feedback directly to them, through there website. To all Nigerian graduate lets stop this attitude of cheating. When you cheat to get to the top, you cannot remain there - Nemesis will catch up with you one way or the other! Finally food for thought - the ladder of success is not crowded at the top - my own definition of Gaussian distribution.

Inqisitiv this issue of leaking questions will not affect the process at all because these companies are not stupid, they know the situation in nigeria and design their recruitment process to eliminate fellows that are incapable of thinking on the go and require expo to pass. The truth is that you cannot enter any of these companies just by passing dragnet, dragnet just functions as a means of reducing the mass of unemployed graduates the companies have to spend time interviewing and tthey start from the top and process the list from dragnet rejecting those that suprisingly despite their high scores don't meet their criteria, they will go down the list till they get their required number and most will not employ anyone if none meet their criteria, take chevron geoscience of last year for example. The only thing you will succed in doing by using expo is wasting the company's time interviewing you, you will not get in but if you get in you can apply to clueless.com they have expo on how to work in an company, they will tell all you what to do so you do not get kicked out after 3 months so long as you pay them by licking their footsteps.
For the few nigerian graduates that still believe in themselves relax capitalism is a beautiful self regulating system that principally cuts waste and inefficiency. These companies are capitalist and if you constitute a liability to them there is only one thing that will happen.
