2012 ExxonMobil Engineering Recruitment (Trainee and Experienced Professionals)

guys,in the email i got,Mobil wasn,t mentioned anywhere.All i saw at d bottom of the mail is "Nigeria Upstream Recruiting"

Theres no difference in both emails. maybe some peeps got it as unlimited the first time, but i got mine as engineering recruitment both times. its d same first stage as a lot of us wrote yesterday, cos mobil doesnt ever call for skill test wen they havent concluded the initial dragnet stage. moreover, if it was the skill test, i beleive d content of the email would hv bn different irrespective of the sender.The headline of the email wuld also state otherwise

Ok,i got to speak with a dragnet concerning the email i got yesterday. He said that the "tests are in batches" and that if i don't get a test location selection email from them latest tomorrow,i should ring them up first thing monday. So guys do you get it now? Someone said those that very recently got invitation emails are like those that sent in "unsolicited applications". Well,i never sent an unsolicited application but an application for the engineering positions they recently(1st qtr of this yr) advertised for

How come folks in London were not allowed to use calculators? It seems very fishy to me.

.....and i have also received the email from dragnet but the snag there is that i got two emails with different usernames and password. The difference in the user name was just the last digit of the series. Logged and selected my preferred locationin with one.followed the link on the 2nd email to log in again but the username i used earlier was shown automatically on the portal.

just spoke with some1 from dragnet.if u have written ur test already, please disregard d second email asking u to choose preferred location for another test.Its d same one u have written and will be duplicated if u attempt using d new username and password sent.

Pls could u give d dragnet phone number with regards the invitation for test. I have chosen my centre since d 3rd and yet to get an invite. Just in case I don't get a mail from them as u said, latest tomorrow, I'll like to give them a call.

@gboin, thanx for the heads but i haven't written any of these tests before. I narrowedly missed that shell test invite i got last may. Just got back to the country a few months ago. Would appreciate if you gave me more links and the oil sectors test materials if you got any. Thanx again

I have friends who kept boasting 5 years ago like you, they went to world class universities, 2.1, bla bla bla and till now have NO JOBS. when i saw your comment it took me back in time. 4. i have seen a lot of big mouths like you. they end up jobless.
5. I am working with an oil producing company no pride.
5. My pride is having a WORLD CLASS EFFECT on people......by touching so many lives as soon as possible.

Thousands of Nigerians are graduating from world class universities every year and are jobless. if you need to look for a job forget where you graduated from it will help you.

Dis is polite war u guys r doing here. U better drop d guns and end d sword b4 it escalates.
As for class of versity and grades, these r not important at dis juncture. Me too am still waiting for my own invite, I knw d level and class of my versity and degree respectively but saying it here(without someone asking in d case of some verifications) is rather uncalled for and won't make any difference.
So my brothers, just calm down and be prayerful instead of dis polite way of confrontations.

Mobil/Dragnet test history. Before 2010, Mobil use SHL for their test. Mobil started consulting Dragnet for test in 2010 during their oversea MSc scholarship test. After d test, d successful ones were invited for oral interview. In 2011, Mobil consulted Dragnet for their Drilling supervisor recruitment test. After d test, d successful ones (with cut-off above 70) were invited for Skill test, then for interview, and finally 5 graduates were employed for d Drilling supervisor position. In dis year, only God knows d stages, but I guess dragnet test/skill test/interview/job. If u have not written urs, speed and accuracy are all u in need in d test. To finish d verbal, make sure u don't spend more than 2minutes in reading one comprehension passage. Numerical and abstract are simple. Let's hope and believe in God for success.
