Try and take your original certificates along, although I don't think it is necessary since the instruction in the mail stated "copies". All the best!

Does it really matter the number they need? I think what matters is us being among the successful candidates, so just study hard and pray hard. God never disappoints His children.

Any idea if there will be skilled questions today?

Re: 2012 ExxonMobil Engineering Recruitment (Trainee and Experienced Professionals)
Finished my test like an hour ago...no skills test...just numerical, verbal and abstract...the numerical and abstract reasoning sections r quite cheap...numerical (20 questions in 17 mins)...abstract (16 questions in 16mins)...for me the verbal is the toughest of dem all...(20 questions in about 18 or 16 mins) not too sure again...but d passages r quite long disproportional...100% is achievable in the numerical and abstract sections...good luck guys
-
Re: 2012 ExxonMobil Engineering Recruitment (Trainee and Experienced Professionals)

Your comment says a lot about you mate. Hope you make the final cut to Mobil with this your attitude and see what a WORLD CLASS organization is.
Also remember to call your work colleagues when you eventually get there WORLD CLASS C*W OK.
Going by your theory, will that make you a WORLD CLASS CO*W since you now work with 'MOBIL'?
While the ambitious young man in question is only giving out some info so that people can compare with their status and see if any trend is evolving, your contribution as a 'SENIOR MEMBER' in NHJ is to insult the bro....charming!
All the best in you test sha, only remember that it life does not revolve round Mobil.

Wrote in london...Discipline - chem engr...in the verbal they ask you to pick two of the options which are true according to the passage...the abstract reasoning is about identification of missing shapes...like shl's inductive reasoning...u can practice for d abstract in shldirect.com
-
Re: 2012 ExxonMobil Engineering Recruitment (Trainee and Experienced Professionals)
@Akasam, pls explain further on how long and disproportionate the verbal passages were. tks

Re: 2012 ExxonMobil Engineering Recruitment (Trainee and Experienced Professionals)
Can sb who has written in nigeria today hint us what it is going to be like? Uk's standard maybe different from nigeria's because exxon mobil hardly conducts the test without skill test
-
Re: 2012 ExxonMobil Engineering Recruitment (Trainee and Experienced Professionals)
I don't think so. If you check out http://www.exxonmobil.com/nigeria-en...ia_process.asp, you will find that it is those successful at the aptitude test that will be contacted for the skills test!!!

Re: 2012 ExxonMobil Engineering Recruitment (Trainee and Experienced Professionals)
Anybody for 5:30pm in PH centre today?
-
Re: 2012 ExxonMobil Engineering Recruitment (Trainee and Experienced Professionals)
And how soon after these tests will they notify successful candidates?
I also feel that almost all candidates are invited for aptitude testing, but aptitude testing is not enough to discriminate between candidates as many of the marks will be in the same band score. Just my two cents sha.

Does Dragnet have a center in the UK ??
I am in North American and have no idea how dragnet would conduct the test.

Guy, if you can, do am now. You'll probably be given 6days notice at the max Realistically maybe like 5 days after the email so Go and get that visa ASAP if you can.

Re: 2012 ExxonMobil Engineering Recruitment (Trainee and Experienced Professionals)

Re: 2012 ExxonMobil Engineering Recruitment (Trainee and Experienced Professionals)
Heard that NYSC Batch A corps members were not allowed to do the test in Lagos. How true is this please?
-
Re: 2012 ExxonMobil Engineering Recruitment (Trainee and Experienced Professionals)
I wrote in abuja today. same format as we expected: verbal (20 questions, 16 mins), maths (20 questions, 16 mins) and abstract reasoning (16 questions, 16 mins). the passages weren't so long and the questions were not difficult but the time was not sufficient to answer everything. if you're writing in abuja tomorrow, beware - dragnet's organisation is very very poor, I was scheduled for 11am but ended up writing by 4pm!
-
Pls did dey allow calculator in abuja?
