dude u r right bt where d wahala is na say peeps dat wuld take up d DSA jobs should b really ready to work. I presently work wif sterling bank and i knw wat dos assigned to d DSA are goin tru. Had a chat wif one yestday n he told me all abt DSA. He said he has a target to open not less dan 80 new accounts, 5 current accounts and 5master cards to sell. Failure to achiecve dis wuld make u face d door. Where d probs lies accordin to him is dat most peeps already have an existin account n as such, wuld refuse openin anoda except u r good wen it comes to persuadin peeps. Though if u r lucky to b in a major bracnch(usually head office), DSA guys culd b given a car to move around wif...guys in ma office(former ETB head office) were given cars to move wif bt oda guys i see in oda sterling bank branches dey use dem leg trek am oo.

Well, d good part abt d job is dat u wuld rili have time to search for somfin better, attend test n interviews to get better jobs...guess d oda part i mentioned earlier is d price to pay for d job. Bt in all, d job is fair though if u can manage wif 40k.

i totally agree to what zeus007 said as im presently working as a DSA in the bank. the best part is getting sumtin tangible to add to your cv as well as enof time to search elsewhere.

for sterling bank from SOL d pay is 40k monthly, and 0.1% commisn on ur average bal payable quaterly.
