I don't understand the large marginal difference in pay between DSA and personal/business banker. That structure needs to be reviewed

dude u r kinda rite...d margina interms of d pay is too wide if d info i gave is true. Bt accordin to 'em n wat i saw, dey only recruited peeps wif bankin experience for dis position. Met a lady dat also came out wif a 2.1 bt wasnt selected cos wen dey asked her if she has workd in a bank, she said no. Most of d peeps met dere were peeps dat were sent away from intercontinental bank n dey were all selected for d business/coperate bankin...dey later selected me for d personal bankin cos i dont up to 6months experience.. Na real wah!

Forgot to mention dis...dey also said d DSA attracts commission...dnt knw d percentage though.

pls house, i need answer to dis question. is still ok if i go for the next interview? missed the one am suppose to go for on 16th feb thurs for business banking...and does anyone know the next interview day?

4 those dat said d gap is large u ur right.but consider this things.by virtue of job descriptn, personal/busness banker are more of experienced bankers, and needs real experience...and will be confned into d bankin hall..therefre they cant do other things..DSA on d other hands wld be paid 40k with commisiion,meaning u can earn higher and even been induced into d com, and a plus is dat u've tym 4 other thngs...so d most important thng is luk on it wit gud faith..

but a my friend got d personal banking nd have resumed while me was interviewd on d.s.a. We graduated 2gda wit ma friend dat got personal banking nd he doesnt hav any experience or additional qualification. Infact he had 2.2 nd me 2.1.i dnt knw wat criteria dey are using
