A newly established Finance and Leasing Company urgently seeks to fill the following vacancies:
CREDIT RISK OFFICER: Main Responsibilities
- Verifies applicants’ information regarding loan application as obtained by the marketers who have direct link with the client.
- Analyses applicants’ financial status, conduct income and property evaluations to determine feasibility of proposed repayment plan.
- Offers alternative recommendations to applicants based on assessment of income status and need.
- Prepares and processes all documentations necessary for all facilities.
- Compiles and maintain a record of Clients’ credit history, corporate financial statements and other financial information.
- Reviews Lease and Finance Agreements to ensure that they are complete and in accordance with the company’s credit policy.
- Arranges a feasible repayment plan based on assessment of the Client’s income status.
- Sets and regularly review credit policies, procedures and standards in conjunction with the Managing Director.
- Gives recommendation for approval facilities based on predetermined limits.
- Prepares Report on the Performance of the Credit portfolio On Weekly and monthly basis
- Any other duties as may be delegated by the Managing Director
- Credit appraisal/verification is expected to be concluded within 24hrs
- Reports to the Managing Director.
Requirements
- First degree in any numerate discipline
- Up to 2 years experience in a financial institution;
- Must have 2 – 3 years cognate experience in credit management.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
SALES EXECUTIVES: Main Responsibilities
- Drives the growth of the organization through sales and marketing activities.
- Liaises regularly with the credit officer to obtain necessary information concerning new product/service/contract development.
- Responsible for the compilation of customers’ requisition and a detailed list of prospective customers on a daily basis.
- Responsible for generation of sales lead and prospects.
- Creates awareness for the company and its products and services.
- Provides information on market needs that will enable the Organisation develop new products.

Qualifications
- First Degree in any discipline
- 1 – 2 years in hands on experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a financial institution
- 24 – 28 years.
