JOB DESCRIPTION
Shave or singe and defeather carcasses, and wash them in preparation for further processing or packaging.
Skin sections of animals or whole animals.
Slit open, eviscerate, and trim carcasses of slaughtered animals.
Stun animals prior to slaughtering.
