Vacancy for an Administrative Assistant

A leading milliner and etiquette services firm located in Ikoyi, Lagos requires an administrative assistant and front office executive who will assist, and support senior executives of the organization.

1. Answer telephones and transfer to appropriate staff member.
2. Meet and greet clients and visitors.
3. Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office.
4. Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing,
5. mailing, and maintain hard copy and electronic filing system.
6. Send, receive and sort mail and other packages.
7. Research, price, and purchase office supplies. Arrange for repair and maintenance of
office equipment, receive, store and maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment.
8. Support staff in assigned project based work. Helping and coordinating support
personnel such as cleaners, drivers, security guards.
9. Other duties as may be assigned.

Requirements
The successful candidate should possess an OND or University Diploma in admin, business management, arts or social sciences. Those with prior working experience of 2 – 3 years stand at an advantage.
