JOB TITLE Administrative/Office Assistant

REPORTS TO Head, Human Resources
ORGANISATION Sundry Foods Limited
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
? Receiving and attending to visitors and existing clients
? Preparing letters/correspondence
? Collecting resumes and job application(s)
? Cash and cheque lodgment where necessary
? Ensuring constant availability of office supplies.
? Assisting the Human resources department’s activities.
? All other duties that may be assigned by the Head, Human Resources
EDUCATION A good first degree in English or relevant discipline
EXPERIENCE Minimum of two years post NYSC experience
REQUIREMENTS
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational skills
• Ability to confidently use a computer with Microsoft office applications.
• Detail oriented
• Ability to multitask
• Passion for work
