UNION has started contacting the
first batch Lagos peeps that had
a successful medical test result
--beginning from 12 .oo hrs GMT
today - the candidates are
expected to check there usuall E
mail box and download
guarantors forms to sign and.
Come along with same copies
with the to Marina office for
further advice ---Perhaps I sud
here the reaction of the house
first before I say the rest of the
info...over to u @king_fisher ----

Can pls elaborate more the
terms of the form cos I also got
the mail but this issue of signing
here n dere n when particularly
are we to submit the forms?

@all, our offer letters will definitely come. Only union bank knows when they will send the letters. For medicals, only serious medical conditions with long term consequences will disqualify one. Things such as hiv, liver and kidney failure and so on. Simple stuffs like eye problems would not stop anyone from getting the job. A lot of bankers use glasses. They just need your medical history for the records. Even when a new doctor takes over a patient, he would request for the medical history of the patient to serve as a guide.

You dont expect them to drop someone because he tested positive to malaria or typhoid.

For the previous batch Invitation for Medicals went out on the 18th and lasted till 22nd and offer letters were gotten on the 24th all in August

Why are guys heating up the air na, I think we all should be calm and rested putting your trust in God and no being anxious about every piece of news you hear concerning UBN,yes the change in management is officially taking place this month but am sure he has been briefed on happenings around the bank,so pls guys there is no need for anxiety, what about those waiting for third batch what you think should be their fate if we begin to panic like this.
