All these anxiety is due to what we presumed to be delay in getting d offer letter. We expected it latest by Friday last week but it didn't come till now. Those currently working are not certain about what to do next; to resign now or wait first till d offer comes. But we should all note that today is d next working day after friday, so let watch out what will happen. Also, that d first batch got theirs within two days after medical does not mean the second batch and all other subsequent batches will get theirs within d same two days. I'm very optimistic that it will come, if not today, then tomorrow for those that passed d medical

Though I equally expected that they should sent d offers earlier than now since thae are not likely to give us upto one month before d training starts.

Unless the new management is having a rethink about the employment, which I don't think so but it do happen. After all, we are not yet employees of the bank.

i and some other peeps took permission to conclude the medicals last saturday so i guess the deadline was extended till then so let's just wait till the end of tomorrow to see how it goes.One Love!!!

Guys pls help me out. Which one is better? UBN job or lecturing in a federal university. Cos I'm also on the final stage for the lecturing stuff and I'm equally waiting as I am waiting to UBN. Thanks.

@Maikant both jobs are on 2 different levels and shd not even require a comparism. Lecturing as a profession shd be somefin you do because you have a passion for it and intend to go up along the ranks of the education system not to now say at a federal level. A bank job on the other hand is meant to be a transition stage for a lot of individuals. Simply go for the federal Job as a federal job is the ideal dream when you intend to stick to a particular profession. If you don't have a passion for teaching forget lecturing.

@therock, thanks for ur advice, really help. Most people are not elaborating to me, they just say lecturing is better, I think I have passion for the bank, but the problem is the security and the stress involved than lecturing where u ll have enough time for other things.
