@toluluck, am guessing all that have been assessed were sworn to secrecy, thus no reply..so lets just prepare, go there and do our best then leave the rest 4 God.

In-Tray Exercises:
You'd be given a basket consisting of docs: letters, memos,and a meeting schedule, etc. The aim is to test how you handle/differentiate b/w important and urgent and how you can delegate minor tasks to colleagues/subordinates.

You usually have limited time to process all this information.

Most importantly, be calm, skim and peruse the documents as fast as you can and treat them as relevant. Its to test how well you think on your feet and work under pressure.

Be sure to get enough sleep the night before. Don't worry about preparation cos there's no really preparation you can do.
