We are currently managing a revolving 4 months training project on behalf of international development agency for youth development and rehabilitation. We are seeking experienced candidates who will manage key areas required for success of this project.Job Title: Training Manager- ES 101Manage the entire training program and report to program manager. Responsible for Facilitators, course materials, venue preparation, trainee’s participation and practical. Develop weekly and monthly reports, ensure proper delivery of program content, manage trainee evaluation and exams etc 2-5 years experience with have a minimum of a Bsc/HND required.Job Title: Training Assistant - ES 102Assist the training manager in his responsibilities. 1-2 years previous experience with a minimum of OND required.Job Title: Logistics Manager- ES 103Manage the entire logistics for the project including hotel accommodation, facility management, transportation of trainees to locations for recreation; feeding, sports, church activities, practical etc. manage the multimedia production including photography and video recording. Manage daily registration of trainees. Prepare daily and weekly reports of the project.2-5 years experience with have a minimum of a Bsc/HND required.Job Title: Logistics Assistant - ES 104Assist the Logistics manager in his responsibilities. 1-2 years previous experience with a minimum of OND requiredRequirementsAll positions require candidates have suitable years of experience for each of the positions.
