A Global leader in the Electronics sector is looking to recruit experienced Assistant Managers -Mobile handset Sales & Marketing experience.
We are looking for capable candidates from mobile sales background with relevant channel management experience / exposure.
No. of Positions: 2, one for Lagos & another for Abuja.
Requirements
• Min 5 years or above experience in similar line
• Having Product Marketing, Branding, channel sales, experience. Channel sales experience is must.
• Good at communicating in English
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to work effectively in a multicultural company
• Strong analytical skills to effectively present and implement action plans
• Good logical thinking in process setting and following-up

Responsibilities:

• Maximizing sales through Merchandising activities, in-store communication guide & monitoring and training.
• Monitoring competitors’ strategy on price, promotion & product.
• Organize and conduct Product and selling training programs for merchandisers and FSM.
• Superb Dealer/ Channel relationship.
• This new vacancy will report into the GM Mobile Communication and manage the through-the-line marketing communications for their products.
• This will involve developing solid marketing & communications campaigns, developing and overseeing product launches.
• Manage MC Sales business, work out and implement product and branding strategy, to develop Brand value, sales volume and retail coverage.
• Using vary marketing mix such as advertising, promotions, PR, special events, retail merchandising, trade incentives, etc. to achieve the business target.
• Accomplished the secondary and retail target of launched product in a specific region.
• Manage budget for Nigeria based accounts and negotiate with customer and distributors about budget plan and execution marketing plan.
• Responsible for collecting and analyzing market information about sell-in and sell-out, and report and feedback in time.
• Build-up good relationship with operator relative dep. (i.e. marketing and operation plan dep.) and local distributors.

Salary Range: NGN 150 k – 200 K / Month + Performance Incentive twice a year + Retirement Allowance + Annual Leave allowance + Medical
