    MTN Nigeria is recruiting to fill the below position:

    1. Job Title: Fleet Supervisor

    Job Location: Nigeria

    Job Description


    • Follow up on Insurance companies regarding inspection and release of funds for vehicles involved in accidents.
    • Track vehicle redistribution and swapping within departments.
    • Oversee the regular and preventive maintenance of MTNN fleet equipment and supervise skilled fleet mechanics.
    • Maintain/manage vehicle licensing, vehicle renewals, vehicle fleet in terms of safety, statutory registrations, repairs, servicing, etc, and maintain cordial relationship with related service providers in line with approved policies and procedures.
    • Recruit drivers and monitor feedback on their performance as well as develop and maintain database of all MTNN vehicles assigned to staff to whom, vehicles allocated to visitors and consultants, fleet maintenance and costs of fuel consumption as well as other tool-of-trade vehicles and their use within the regions.
    • Supervise all drivers, protocol officers, boat captains and other third party staff and control transport pool vehicles in the region.
    • Follow up with approved mechanical workshops on servicing and repairs of MTNN vehicles (boats, cars and motor cycles).
    • Maintain fuel records of vehicles in the region to check and prevent fraud and ensure optimal usage.
    • Review information / data on maintenance and fueling costs of each vehicle on a monthly basis to determine efficiency and/or abuse of vehicles.
    • Conduct monthly inspection of fleet/fleet activities within the region, generate fleet report and reconcile invoices from vendors to ensure proper accountability/accuracy.
    • Review and approve payment for overtime hours of drivers, helpline operators and dispatchers.
    • Liaise with law enforcement agencies e.g. Nigerian Police, LASTMA, and Road safety, on all fleet related issues within the region.


    Job Conditions

    • May be required to work extended hours
    • Valid drivers license.


    Experiences & Trainings
    Experiences:



    • 4 years experience in fleet management, including the following:
    • Experience in people management, especially managing a large number of semi-skilled persons.
    • Experience in relating directly with regulatory authorities (Police, Immigrations, Road Traffic regulatory authorities.)
    • Some experience in protocol related service is also desirable


    Trainings:


    • Best practices in Fleet Management.
    • Fleet Management Software applications.
    • Car hijacking and Armed Robbery response.
    • Protocol Practices and procedures.
    • Professional and Defensive Driving.


    Qualification


    • BSc


    2.Job Title: Financial Operations Analyst (Invoice Processing Unit)

    Location:
    Lagos

    Job Description


    • Relate with other divisions and departments on revenue, expenditure and fixed assets related issues.
    • Relate with relevant customers and suppliers.
    • Demonstrate appreciable working knowledge of CBN, local tax rules and regulations pertaining to the telecommunications industry.
    • Prepare, process and track payment requests from divisions and regions.
    • Interaction with marketing division on billing and information systems functions.
    • Provide operational support for the division including maintaining the budget, Profit and Loss accounts, special programs and contract analysis.
    • Conduct in-depth analysis to identify specific trends, explain past performance and recommend opportunities for improvement, within the division.
    • Analyse the general Ledger transactions (Capex, Opex and Revenue) and all transactions posted into IFS to ensure proper classification and correction, as well as ageing of all Balance Sheet accounts.
    • Provide supporting documents, records and schedules to meet audit and regulatory requirements; and all schedules /reports (including age analysis, assets movement, etc).


    Experience & Trainin
    Experience:


    • At least 4 years experience comprising;
    • 3 years post NYSC experience in a Finance function.
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
    • Experience in using an ERP system is desirable.



    3. Job Title: Engineering Support Services Specialist

    Job Location: Abuja, Edo

    Job Description


    • Ensure spare power capacity is available for redundancy and future installations and provide 2nd level support to regional operations in assigned areas/ region.
    • Maintain optimal performance of all cooling and power systems within the region.(Swicth BTS).
    • Conduct routine maintenance of all power and cooling systems at MTNN installations and leased property within assigned area and ensure they are within MTN Specifications.


    Experience Training
    Experience:



    • Four (4) years experience in design, implementation and maintenance of power and cooling systems in telecommunications industry
    • Training:
    • Leadership Development Programmes



    4. Job Title: Quality Assurance Engineer x2

    Job Location: Nigeria

    Job Descriptions


    • Conduct research on best practices with respect to processes and procedures.
    • Advise on optimization to business processes within NWG.
    • Participate in the development and implementation of the overall quality and performance framework, policies, processes and procedures.
    • Liaise with other quality functions to create and apply uniform quality systems, metrics and policies and drive continuous quality improvement.


    Experience & Training
    Experience:



    • 4 years work experience of which 2 years should be in a technical role in the telecoms environment.
    • Consulting experience in a technical environment.
    • People management experience.
    • Experience in Process Re-engineering.
