Admin Assistant: (AA 02)
Responsibilities: This position will assist the admin officer in day to day department operations and all other Admin functions.

JOB REQUIREMENT
- A minimum of HND in Business, Economics, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Administrative Assistant.
- Strong Computer, written and oral communication skills.
- Good interpersonal, time management and planning skills.
- Strong negotiation skills and sound business judgment.

Admin Officer: (AO 02)
Responsibilities: This position will be responsible for all Admin functions and help to ensure that the bank's physical assets are monitored, managed/allocated and optimally efficient.

JOB REQUIREMENT
- A minimum of a degree in Business, Economics, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Administrative Officer.

Loan Recovery Officers: (LRO 02)
Responsibilities: The Ideal candidate should have good interpersonal skills, good negotiation skills & strong financial analytical skills.

JOB REQUIREMENT
Applicants must have a degree in Law or related disciplines and have at least 2-3 years experience in debt collection.

Loan Officers: (LO 02)
Responsibilities: Loan officers are expected to build and maintain portfolio of quality clients rapidly and consistently to reach target portfolio within assigned period. Develop an accurate evaluation of each client's capacity and willingness to repay.

JOB REQUIREMENT
- A minimum of HND in Business, Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, and/or related fields.
- Understand the local area where they are working.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical and astute skills.
- High Computer literacy.

Chief Finance Officer: (CFO 02)
Responsibilities: This is a very senior management position with very attractive benefits that exceed industry average. This position reports directly to the MD/CEO and will have direct influence on all financial decisions relating to the organization. The CFO will be responsible for ensuring that the Bank has cost effective finance to fund its growth as required as well as record and report on all financial activities with specific goals to meet the various needs of the Board, Management, CBN and Regulatory authorities.

JOB REQUIREMENT
- A minimum of B.Sc. in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields .
- Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants with an MBA.
- Minimum of 10 years experience in a similar role or equivalent experience in managing finance and accounting operations in a Bank or Financial Institution.
- Excellent computer literacy and experience with Microsoft Office applications. Strong management skills, written & oral communication skills.
- Experience with Globus /Emerge banking software is an advantage.

Chief Information Officer: (CIO 02)
Responsibilities: This position reports directly to the MD/CEO and is key to the achievement of the banks short/long term IT goals. The person will be responsible for driving the technological needs of the bank and enhancing the company's business performance through superior technology and project management. Some of these responsibilities will include recommending and overseeing the efficient implementation of the bank technology initiatives including Temenos T24, Point of sales, ATM, etc

JOB REQUIREMENT
- A minimum of B.Sc. Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, and/or related fields.
- M.Sc. will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as an IT Manager or the equivalent in managing an IT department in a Bank with experience in ATM deployment.
- Strong management, communication and interpersonal skills .
- Excellent computer literacy and experience with Microsoft Office applications, Globus/Emerge banking software is an advantage.

Corporate Affairs Officers: (CAO 02)
Responsibilities: This position works with the Corporate Affairs & Business Development team to develop strategies & materials and provide vendor/media liaison support for Corporate Affairs related transactions.

JOB REQUIREMENT
- A degree in Mass Communication, English and/or related fields.
- Very good Computer literacy, particularly in the use of Microsoft Word.
- Well developed oral and written communication and liaison skills.
- Demonstrable ability to prepare and edit material for publication and experience in liaising with the media.

Customer Service Officers/PO: (CSO/PO 02)
Responsibilities and Tasks Include: Initial creation of customers and Loans accounts in the System and ensuring all documentations and after requirements are complete prior to disbursements.

JOB REQUIREMENT
- A minimum of HND in Business, Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, and/or related fields.
- Very good typing skills and computer literacy, particularly Excel.
- Experience in the accounting profession is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with good written and oral communication skills.

Debt Collection Agents: (DCA 02)
Responsibilities: This position requires agents who have established firms for the purpose of debt collection.

JOB REQUIREMENT
3 years experience with experience in managing delinquent loan portfolios of at least N50m are required.

Head, Human Resources and Admin: (HHR 02)
Responsibilities: This management position reports directly to the MD/CEO and is responsible for managing the Human Resources and Admin team, developing processes and recruiting people to drive the strategic focus of the Bank as well as ensuring that the Bank attracts, manages and maintains the employees needed to achieve these goals.

JOB REQUIREMENT
- A minimum of a degree in Human Resource Management, Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, and/or related fields.
- Minimum of 10 Years of experience as a HR Manager or equivalent experience and understanding of the Nigerian labour laws.
- Excellent computer literacy skills and experience with Microsoft Office applications and HR software is an advantage.

Operations Manager: (OM 02)
Responsibilities: The Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring organisational effectiveness by providing leadership for the organization's operational functions, which include organising and overseeing the back office processes of the bank and creating organizational programs and budgets in collaboration with the Head of Operations.

JOB REQUIREMENT
- A minimum of HND or B.Sc. in Business, Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics and/or any related fields with numerate coursework.
- Minimum of 5 years cognate experience within the operations department of a bank or other deposit taking financial institution.
- Strong management skills, ability to coach and motivate.
- Excellent computer skills, experience with Microsoft Office applications and experience in Globus banking software is an advantage.

Savings Manager: (SM 02)
Responsibilities: This management position is responsible for developing and driving the savings strategy of the bank and coordinating the activities of the entire savings team. Some of the responsibilities attached to this position include strategic planning, implementation and operations of savings in financial services.

JOB REQUIREMENT
- A minimum of HND in Social Sciences, Business, Banking, Finance, Accounting Economics, and/or related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as Senior Officer/Manager or equivalent experience in Savings Mobilization, Bank Operations/Product development in a bank or financial institution.
- Experience as a branch manager in a leading commercial bank will be an added advantage.
- Exellent computer literacy and experience with Microsoft Office applications and strong management and analytical skills.
