Responsibilities:

Accounts Officer

Responsibilities:
An account officer maintains the growth targets of finance in a company.
Helps in solving due accounts of the past.
The looks after managing financial risks.
He also helps in improving pricing of item and of sales.
He reviews all the necessary documents to avoid disputes.
If any financial problem arises, it is his duty to look after the matter and solve it.
He also looks for areas to cut the cost of the company. This helps in gaining profit.
He is responsible for all the client communications.
He looks after the quality standards to ensure clients are satisfied with the products.

Administrative Officer
Job Summary:
This position is responsible for driving current business activities that are mainly operational in nature. The ideal
candidate will be groomed for the role of “Operations Manager”. This role is also responsible for providing
leadership and delivery of professional customer service to all clients.

Responsibilities:
Developing marketing campaigns in support of organizational strategies
Conduct food and educational research relevant to our market segment
Attract, develop and manage all customers and their buying activities
Responsible for the efficient responsiveness to customers’ needs and follows through on all requests
(written and verbal)
Perform the lead role with creating and filing business operations records
Drive all invoicing and payment processes for vendors and consumers.
Keep abreast of happenings in the industry and provide strategic insight to Management team.
Perform other tasks assigned by management team.


Qualifications and Requirements:
Minimum of HND/Bachelor’s Degree
Good sales skills
Must be sharp, intelligent
Good communication and organizational skills
Should be agile and motivated
Must be able to drive sales efficiently
