if you ask me that program is a legitimate SCAM!!!
I bet they are anticipating at least one million applicants to have a turn around of 20 billion naira. With that amount I can create jobs for more than 10k people.
If they where genuine why not employ the 10k and deduct 2k even 5k from their initial salary or even 20k spread across 12 months or something.
This is just ushering in a new ers of SCAM in the country tagged with having the most SCAM artists in the world.
