HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER - JOB ADVERTISEMENT
IDEAL PROFILE

You have a working knowledge of Recruitment, Performance management, Policy formulation and Implementation, Benefits Administration, Employee Relations and related functions. You can effectively oversee the entire HR function and department. Responsibilities include implementation and maintenance of strategic policies and procedures that support the company’s culture, including management of talent acquisition, retention and development.
REQUIREMENTS
• 5 years post qualification experience in human resources management
• B.Sc or its equivalent
• Computer and Interpersonal Skills.
• Good written and verbal communication
• Ability to motivate teams and simultaneously manage other assigned projects.
• An M.Sc and/or Professional membership in HR field is an added advantage.
