Job Title: Help Desk Engineer
Job Description
• Identifies, troubleshoots and resolves hardware-, software- and network-related problems encountered by end-users of the District network, the Internet, the mainframe, PCs and Macintoshes and new computer technology.
• Installing, configuring, managing, operating and maintaining Windows server systems / Windows Clusters e.g. Windows Server 2003, Windows Server 2008 , Windows server 2012
• Server’s management (including: O.S Installing, monitoring, troubleshooting, virus-protection, patch deployment, resources observation and hardware/software upgrade).
• Creating and managing system security policies and components.

Requirements

  • Qualifications: MCSA: Windows Server 2012 MCSA: Windows Server 2008 MCITP
  • Experience: 5 to 7 years.
