Help Desk Support Engineer

B.Sc / HND in Computer Science. 2 years experience.
Knowledge of Computer Hardware/Network monitoring application/TCPIP, windows Vista Microsoft Office application, SLA’s and reporting structure.
Certifications in A+, MCP, N+, MCDST an advantage.
