this is a very intereting and complicated issue. We really need to advise you, but we need to know how much is the gross pay for each of the offer and other condition of service. Its only people who have worked in the two organizations that can really give you a professional advise. However, i'll advice you go for FIRS.

Choosing a choice depends on what you want, what ur potentials are and ur mission and vission towards ur career. With my little exposure, working in private organization expose one to challenges,prepare u for it and make u more creative depending on individual ability.
It make u to be more focus because u are always on target but it is also a risk employed means as u can be lay off any time, but u also can sack them them through ur experience and exposure before u are laid off. Public sector is a relaxed environment with little or even no much challenges, but a secured job. It now depend on ur target, do u just need a job that fetch u a salary and gratuity or u wantr to discover urself ponder over it before u choose. i submit my own advise here.

o boy, from the right source--some one working with Firs, they have not issued any soul any form of appoitment letter. So if you want to know the opinion of the house for future actions, incase you are offered jobs on the two what you will do
