It's like we've all gone quiet after the offer. I really need someone to clarify things for me. I got my offer letter and was offered Officer 2.
Can someone confirm if this is the first or second level and how much I'll take home monthly.
I'll really appreciate some clarification.

wats ur total package sum. that minus some things like tax, contributions,variables etc and ur 13th month divided by 12 shud give u ur monthly take home. But just wondering what the officer 2 means, cos almost everybody i know, was offered officer3.

mine is officer 2. That may be lower oh. Please, is there anyone with any knowledge of the grades? Please let me know
officer 3 is the entry level. Officer 2 is the next level after officer 3. So you get more pay than officer 3. similarly officer 1 gets more pay than officer 2. just like lecturer I is higher up than lecturer II
Now that offers have been made, what happens on the 19th?? has anybody been advised on the venue of induction??

How far? Am I the only one who thinks the bond stuff is bullshit?
Nobody said this stuff before we started oh. I just think it is not right. Moreover, some of us are coming from big companies including banks and can't be taking this sort of offer.
I could be wrong or just speaking for myself but let me have your views.

i kind of agree with u but it seems they really wnt 2 use d bond to tie one down to the job.if ur current pay is ok 4 u,then its bullshit but if nt,well do what u think is right.the venue has been shifted!
