Permanent Recruitment Consultant
Location: Abuja, FCT.
Salary: Commensurate with Industry Standard
1. 2 yrs: 80-100k p.a
2. 4yrs: 100k-150k p.a
Company: we are being described as an exciting progressive company that specializes in a wide range of recruiting from office and industrial to specialist divisions 0 finance, legal, IT, Hotel, tourism, driving, educational, secretarial and HR.
Currently, e are looking for a highly motivated Permanent Recruitment Consultant who has the following skills and abilities to join our team; these persons must be
? Good at building good relationships with clients and candidates
? Excellent customer service and communication skills
? A strong business developer

Experienced Candidates (Only)
Must have a recruitment background

General Responsibilities
1. Interviewing potential candidates; match and place them as appropriate
2. Increase new business and develop existing business
3. Meeting financial targets; monitoring spend against budget
4. Effective running of business, ensuring the delivery of a high quality service to customers
5. Attracting new candidates through marketing activities/initiatives
6. Dealing with customers in the branch/on the phone in an efficient and professional manner
7. Ensuring systems/procedures are in line with policies and audit requirements
8. Carrying out testing and training proceses with candidates
