I find your posting so offensive, why would you make such silly request? Indian nationality? Are you kidding me? What makes you think they are the only qualified group? You have fallen for the hype of believing that all Indian IT folks are almost certainly qualified for any IT job. Well, I have got news for you, they are no different than any other group, if not worse. I am speaking authoritatively because I have managed offshore Indian staff on multiple IT project from the US and traveled to India several times.

To make it clear, I have nothing against Indians, I believe they are just trying to survive as Nigerian are, but to specifically request Indian and not a "Qualified Candidate" in a country of well educated folks? I am sorry, that just hit the wrong cord. I can even understand if your request was for any candidate who speaks Hindu or Punjab. And trust me, I am not angry at your posting because I am looking for a job, I am an IT Director in the US.

Not only God dey, it is just sad. The sad part is they (Indians) would not even give a Nigerian a millisecond of thought when considering employment and their racism is worse than US. The northern Indians feel extremely superior towards Southern Indians because of their darker pigmentation, let alone Africans. Above all that, trust me, they are not as good in IT as they claim, they are only cheaper. You get what you pay for,
