Job Description
The position reports to MD
Spearheading the entire gamut of task related to factory administration & utilities, manpower & labours, security, safety and strategic management.
Planning day-to-day strategies, budgets, production schedules, along with resource allocation and machine loading for optimum output.
Incorporating initiatives for reducing scrap/wastage/rejections as continuous improvement process.
Executing cost saving techniques/ measures and modifications to achieve substantial reduction in expenditures and work within the factory budget.
Monitoring budgets and costs and overseeing the safety standards in the factory.
Making sure that the systems for checking the quality of the products are strictly followed.
Ensuring a harmonious and growth oriented industrial relations environment at the factory.
Coordinating material / spare parts planning related activities encompassing identification of vendors, requirement specification & offer evaluation.
